Steps To Apply

If you are interested in applying for West Valley Christian School, please note the following time line and steps to apply so that you can plan ahead!
 
Enrollment Time Line
  • Tours - We would love to show you our campus. Tours can be scheduled throughout the year and summer months. To schedule your tour, please call the school office at 623-234-2100
  • Open Enrollment -  Open Enrollment for the upcoming school year begins in February. However, if you are looking for a Christian school now, you may inquire about enrollment at any time by simply calling our office!
  • Scholarship Season - There is a season to applying for financial assistance through various organizations. The season is typically January - May.

Enrollment Steps
  1. Schedule a Tour - Call our school office to schedule your campus tour @ 623-234-2100
  2. Apply - Apply to West Valley Christian School using our online application process. Submit your application along with all supplemental forms and the $60 non refundable application fee.
  3. Principal Interview – A principal interview is required prior to acceptance into a West Valley Christian School. Only students who have completed the online application process and submit all the supplemental forms will be scheduled for an interview.
  4. Admission Decision – Each family will receive an official letter communicating the admission decision for your student.
  5. Enroll - Upon acceptance, new families are required to complete an online enrollment application. The $150 enrollment fee is due at submission.
